Childhood
Isaac Newton was born on Christmas Day(December 25th) at Woolsthrope Manor. He was born 3 months after the death of his father, a farmer also named Isaac Newton. When Newton was 3 his mother remarried and they lived with her new husband Barnabas smith. Isaac disliked his stepfather and always had some hate towards him. From the age 12 to 17 Newton was educated at The King’s School, Grantham. He was removed from school and his mother tried to make him a farmer. But the master of the school Henry Stokes convinced her to let him go back, he then became the top-ranked student. In June 1661, he was admitted to Trinity College, cambridge. Here he studied optics, law of gravitation. While he attended the school he generalised the binomial theory and began to develop a mathematical theory that later became Infinitesimal Calculus.
